I’m Margarita, a wanderer at heart and a yoga therapist by profession. By blending Eastern yogic techniques with Western psychology tools, I help my practitioners find their unique path to balance and personal fulfilment.

Beyond my official titles, I am a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, and a passionate wanderer fascinated by human diversity across cultures. Originally from Lithuania, my journey has taken me to many countries, and I have lived in Italy, Malta, Estonia, and now Hungary.

As I am dedicated to understanding individual needs for self-realization, the question ‘How often do you return back home?’ echoes in my travels. But the answer is simple: ‘Each and every day.’ Home is within us; we only need to find the right key to open the door. For me, that key is Yoga.

About a decade ago, Yoga was just a set of physical exercises to me. Today, it’s my lifestyle, teaching me the essence of ‘mens sana in corpore sano’ – a healthy mind in a healthy body.

about yoga sessions, what to expect, and how to prepare.

Yoga is a personal practice, and I believe it’s not necessary or useful to categorize someone as a beginner or advanced practitioner. The principle of yoga is to observe without judgment, leaving no room for competition or categorization. My classes are designed to help everyone discover and develop a holistic approach to yoga. As a yoga therapist, I strive to support each individual in their unique yoga journey.

While some practitioners prefer yoga-specific apparel, it’s not necessary to enjoy a fulfilling yoga practice. Choose comfortable breathable attire that you can move in easily.

We must remember that flexibility has never been an original goal, but a natural consequence, part of the preparation for deeper meditation. Ideally, your practice should not be attached to any desires. I promote a lighthearted approach to challenges. Feel free to laugh if you happen to fall out of a pose, and embrace a smile when faced with difficulties!

The studio where I teach is equipped with all the necessary equipment. However, you are always welcome to bring your beloved personal yoga mat. It’s also a good idea to have a towel to prevent slipping and a water bottle to stay hydrated. When it comes to private practices and events, please contact me directly for more information.
